Daniel H. Craven is a member of the law firm of Craven & Perry, PLLC. Licensed to practice law in Alabama, he focuses his practice on condominium and homeowner association law, commercial law, business law, contract law, real estate and subdivision matters and insurance law. Daniel has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in these type matters.
Daniel Craven grew up in Jasper, Alabama, graduating from Walker High School in 1974. He graduated from Auburn University in 1978 with a degree in Industrial Engineering and soon became a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alabama practicing Engineering. Daniel has also received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1983. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Birmingham School of Law in 1991, Daniel began practicing law in Birmingham in 1991 and opened his own law practice in Gulf Shores, Alabama, in 1994.
Daniel Craven has been practicing law for 30 years and during that time has been involved as an active member of the Alabama Bar Association and The Baldwin County Bar Association. He has also previously been admitted to practice in all of the Alabama United States District Courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
While away from the office, Daniel spends time with his wife, Sandra, and his son, Steven, when he is in town.
James Lynn Perry is a member of the law firm of Craven & Perry, PLLC. Lynn is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi where he focuses his practice on, condominium law, commercial law, business law, contract law, real estate and subdivision matters and insurance law. Lynn handles all types of litigation, including contract actions, commercial actions, product liability actions, insurance actions, and personal injury actions. Lynn has tried lawsuits in these areas, representing both defendants and plaintiffs.
Lynn grew up in Booneville, Mississippi, graduating from Booneville High School in 1980. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 1984 and Mississippi College School of Law in 1988. After completing law school, Lynn practiced in Pascagoula, Mississippi for four years, before moving to Alabama in 1992.
Lynn has been practicing law for 33 years and during that time has been involved in the profession as an active member of The American Bar Association, The Alabama Bar Association, The Baldwin County Alabama Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar Association, and The Florida Bar Association. He has also been admitted as a visiting lawyer in lawsuits in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of South Carolina.
Lynn for the past five years has served as a Bar Commissioner representing Baldwin County before the Alabama State Bar Association.
Lynn has also served as a voluntary board member and attorney for Smart Home America since its inception. Smart Home America during that time has grown to be a recognized leader in advocating for better and more energy-efficient homes and commercial buildings throughout the country.
When away from the office, Lynn spends time with his wife, Angela, his daughter Ellie and his son, Cole. Lynn, Angela, Ellie and Cole attend Spanish Fort Methodist Church where Lynn has served as a trustee.
